- Monitoring assistance for safety while bathing, walking transfers
- Light housekeeping and gardening
- Information and referral/coordination of services
- Planning visits, outings, and trips
- Respite care
- Assistance with pets
- Sitter services for clients at nursing facilities
Client Coordination Services:
- RN client coordination with MD's
- Community referral sources
- RN Certified Senior Advisor available to assist families with long-term planning
- RN supervision and support of all caregivers
- Coordination for skilled services and equipment
All care givers are bonded, insured and receive on-going
training
